5. Shipping & Delivery

Delivery is available across India via reputed logistics partners.
Estimated delivery timelines: 3–7 business days (depending on location & product type).
You will receive tracking details once your order is dispatched.

6. Returns, Exchanges & Cancellations

Return Policy: We accept returns only for damaged or wrong items delivered. Request must be raised within 48 hours of delivery.
Exchange: Possible for ring sizes or similar cases. Customer must bear return shipping charges.
Cancellation: Allowed only within 12 hours of placing the order. Custom/engraved pieces are non-refundable.

7. Warranty & Authenticity

All gold products come with BIS Hallmark certification.
All silver jewellery is 925 Sterling Silver certified.
We offer lifetime polishing support (customer to bear courier cost, if applicable).

All content, logo, icons, graphics, product descriptions, etc., are the property of Krishna Jewellery.
Unauthorized copying, downloading, or reproduction is prohibited and may lead to legal action.
